Rhydian Morgan Auburn College Tutor

Rhydian is an employee/member, Director and tutor at Auburn College, CIC. He is our most educated and experienced tutor in the area of communications and delivers our related English and communication skills courses.


He is the founder of several global communication and training consultancies with established operations in the UK, Europe, and the US, as well as operations reaching into Asia, Africa, and South America.  More recently he is focussing his talents towards providing leading programmes in communication for educational establishments, and in particular Auburn College.


After leaving St. Anne’s College, Oxford he completed post-graduate study at the Institute of Linguists, before working as a consultant in multilingual recruitment, and creating training and development programmes in various industry sectors, maximising opportunities for business and individuals through the development of enhanced communication skills. Alongside this, Rhydian completed his LLB at the University of Birmingham, and was called to the Bar in 2007.


His time is now split between private representational work for clients, delivering courses in effective communication, and providing academic courses in rhetorical theory and public discourse. He has taught seminars and held visiting faculty positions in some of the leading institutions in Asia (China, Japan, Republic of Korea, Thailand, India), Europe (France, Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Serbia, Slovenia), South Africa, and the USA.


Currently, Rhydian is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, a faculty member of the World Debate Institute, the Asia Debate Institute, the International Debate Academy, and Auburn College. He also holds the honorary title of Vice-President (Life) of the Glasgow University Union
